Job Summary
A healthcare company has a current position open for a Telecommute EAP Specialist in Atlanta.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Answering inbound calls for EAP and Behavioral health
- Providing solution focused consultation to assist member with issue resolution
- Determining member eligibility and benefit coverage and triage as appropriate
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
- 3+ years of clinical experience, POST Master's
- 2+ years of experience with Windows PC applications
- Must be able to type and navigate around multiple systems, using multiple screens
