Job Summary
A university is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Earth Science Meteorology Adjunct Professor.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting students in achieving completion of objectives and learning outcomes
- Providing regular and timely feedback to students
- Participating in school retention initiatives
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Master’s in Meteorology or Atmospheric Sciences; or Master’s plus 18 graduate semester hours
- Familiarity with collaborative learning techniques and student-centered methods of instruction
- Proven organizational skills and ability to complete assignments timely and accurately
- Possess excellent communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with students
- Possess excellent interpersonal, customer service, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well with students, faculty, and staff
