Job Summary
A genealogy research service is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Eastern European Researcher in Salt Lake City.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Conducting genealogical research in online and library/archival sources
- Performing in-depth genealogical analysis
- Composing 15 + page narrative reports in English
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Fluency in English and ability to write at a high level in that language
- 5 years of genealogical research experience with at least 2 years of professional experience
- Strong familiarity with the language(s) of the countries for which you claim expertise
- Experience managing multiple research projects simultaneously
- Ownership of and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Familiarity with genealogical technology such as pedigree software
