Job Summary

A point-of-sale solutions company is filling a position for a Telecommute Eastern Region Account Executive Team Lead.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Supporting the Director of Sales, East in the management of 10-12 Account Executives
• Developing weekly individual coaching strategy for each Account Executive to drive them to their quotas
• Develivering actionable items to the Director of Sales, East to help guide team performance each week

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of experience in sales leadership in a growth stage company
• Strong drive to succeed and ability to navigate ambiguity
• Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced changing environment
