A company offering eCommerce management solutions has an open position for a Telecommute eCommerce Client Program Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Serving as account's primary contact
- Maintaining acceptable reference levels
- Developing a strategic account plan
Position Requirements Include:
- 3+ years of recent experience growing and managing complex client relationships
- Experience directly managing a digital/ecommerce channel
- Successful track record of consulting with, and selling directly to, senior executives
- Demonstrable expertise and thought leadership in retail
- Experience working in a matrix environment to build consensus and drive positive results
