Job Summary

A university has an open position for a Telecommute Economics Instructor.

Must be able to:

  • Develop and teach lessons within curriculum defined by AP College Board or CTY
  • Provide timely feedback and encouragement to students and their parents
  • Manage student behavior and discipline in the online classroom

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in Economics or related field
  • Two years of teaching or tutorial experience in Economics (or related area) to grades 2-12
  • Ability to prepare lesson plans and audio-visual aids per the required curriculum
  • Experience teaching students from diverse backgrounds
  • Knowledge of AP Economics courses and exam content
