Job Summary
A healthcare business has an open position for a Telecommute EDI Payer Response Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Performing claim research and analysis to resolve payor responses
- Initiating telephone calls to payers with respect to claims
- Reviewing correspondence received and performing appropriate action to resolve
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to sit/stand for prolonged periods; some bending, stooping, walking and stretching
- Ability to lift papers/boxes and pushing/pulling up to 25 pounds occasionally
