Job Summary

A learning company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Education and Training Mentorship Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Facilitating and leading mentor and assessor onboarding
  • Developing mentor and assessor training resources and processes
  • Leading initiatives and projects that improve mentorship operations

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s level education or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of professional experience
  • 3+ years of experience in EdTech or the broader Tech industry
  • Familiarity with standard customer support, CRM and automation tools
  • Strong understanding of the tech, dev, data, business ecosystems and talent marketplace
  • Capable of KPI management and impactful reporting for better decision-making
