Job Summary
A learning company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Education and Training Mentorship Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Facilitating and leading mentor and assessor onboarding
- Developing mentor and assessor training resources and processes
- Leading initiatives and projects that improve mentorship operations
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s level education or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of professional experience
- 3+ years of experience in EdTech or the broader Tech industry
- Familiarity with standard customer support, CRM and automation tools
- Strong understanding of the tech, dev, data, business ecosystems and talent marketplace
- Capable of KPI management and impactful reporting for better decision-making
