Job Summary

A software company is filling a position for a Telecommute Education Architect in Scottsdale.

Must be able to:

• Facilitate training sessions for the company's training products
• Work with the education team to ensure on time and efficient delivery of educational offerings
• Solicit feedback from training session participants and adjust delivery accordingly

Qualifications Include:

• Conducts training sessions at a customer site, a company training location or via a virtual classroom
• Associate’s Degree or equivalent
• 5 years of training delivery experience or equivalent related experience
• Experience in creating and delivering standard training courseware
• Basic knowledge of eLearning and content development tools
• Intermediate to expert-level experience with the company's training tools or similar industry solutions
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications
• Basic knowledge of business finance
