Job Summary
An education technology company is seeking a Telecommute Education Customer Success Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Develop strong relationships and ensure the company's usage rate is high
- Talk to teachers and principals about how they use technology in their schools
- Learn the ins and outs of the product so you will be able to train teachers
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Attend sales calls, webinars and customer check ins
- Experience as a teacher for K-12 students in a public school in the US
- Experience as part of a Customer Success or Account Management team
- Passion for education
