Job Summary

An education technology company is seeking a Telecommute Education Customer Success Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Develop strong relationships and ensure the company's usage rate is high
  • Talk to teachers and principals about how they use technology in their schools
  • Learn the ins and outs of the product so you will be able to train teachers

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Attend sales calls, webinars and customer check ins
  • Experience as a teacher for K-12 students in a public school in the US
  • Experience as part of a Customer Success or Account Management team
  • Passion for education
