Job Summary

A curated gig economy platform needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Education Customer Success Senior Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Accurately track all customer related activities, communication and opportunity tracking in CRM
  • Achieves key success metrics including adoption and engagement goals
  • Proactively engage with customers through phone, email, video call and/or targeted campaigns

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Bachelor level degree in any major
  • 7+ years of K-12 Account Management experience with large Title 1 Districts
  • 5+ years of experience managing customer facing teams
  • Proficiency in google suite, web-based presentation tools and video conference tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
