An education company is seeking a Telecommute Education Customer Support Manager in Denver.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Track all customer service related data
  • Ensure a process by which customer inquiries can be reviewed, prioritized, responded to, and/or elevated
  • Provide input to the company leaders

Qualifications Include:

  • Strategic and results-driven and see tasks through to completion
  • Creative problem solver
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar Senior Manager / Leadership role
  • Experienced in managing CSR teams that provide support across multiple communications channels
