An education software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Education Platform Strategic Customer Success Advisor.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage multiple accounts while driving client retention
- Develop meaningful relationships with customers
- Deliver comprehensive usage and improvement presentations to customers
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Travel up to 35% required
- 3-5 years of experience in Account Management or related
- 3-5 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced environment
