Job Summary

An education software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Education Platform Strategic Customer Success Advisor.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple accounts while driving client retention
  • Develop meaningful relationships with customers
  • Deliver comprehensive usage and improvement presentations to customers

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Travel up to 35% required
  • 3-5 years of experience in Account Management or related
  • 3-5 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced environment
