A non profit behavioral and social science research organization is seeking a Telecommute Education Statistics Researcher.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Developing a full understanding of specific federal agency standards and guidelines
- Designing and managing small-scale studies
- Providing support for large-scale studies
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Big Data Analytics, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Education Measurement, Psychometrics, Psychological Measurement, Social Science or a related field with 3 years experience or
- Masters Degree with 4-7 years of experience
- Experience in analyzing large data sets
- Experience with R and Python, and cloud computing systems
- Ability to translate research methods and findings for a non-technical audience
- Excellent time management skills
