- Reviewing, reporting, and resolving Learning Platform issues for our instructors and students
- Providing timely resolutions with a Customer-centric approach
- Collaborating with sales and engineering to improve processes
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Travel occasionally
- 1+ year of experience with customer support of digital products
- Bachelor's Degree
- Ability to become quickly acclimated to new digital systems
