Job Summary

An education company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Education Testing Software Engineer II.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Designing scalable solutions, utilizing skills in data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming, using Java and Python
  • Customizing deploying, and managing software in a continuous integration environment with automated build, test and deployment infrastructure
  • Participating in design / architectural discussions, grooming user stories, sprint demos, and daily scrums in a SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Development, Information Systems or related area of study
  • At least 3 years of progressive IT experience in software development that includes coding in Java and Python
  • At least 1 year of experience with QA automation testing in Databricks plus using Databricks to perform ETL from multiple sources
