Job Summary
An online education company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Education Title 1 Coordinator.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Ensuring compliance with federal regulations
- Promoting effective intervention programs to students
- Providing instruction to students in grades K-12 and to teachers
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time and participate in a 3 week training program
- Bachelor’s degree in Education/other or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2 years of successful experience as a classroom teacher
- Experience working with Title I students and programs
- Knowledge of No Child Left Behind Act of 2001 and the Michigan State Standards
