An academic publishing company is seeking a Telecommute Educational Assessment Programs Director.

Must be able to:

• Create detailed guidance, documentation, and positioning content for assessment programs
• Develop deep product and technical expertise and serve as go-to resource for field teams
• Work with sales and marketing to develop content critical to the adoption of programs

Qualifications Include:

• Expert-level understanding of education policy and assessments
• Strong understanding of assessment development or psychometrics
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience creating and socializing training materials for technical and non-technical audiences
• Demonstrated effectiveness leading cross-functional teams
• Proven ability to build deep understanding of complex products and services
