Job Summary
A supplementary education solutions provider has an open position for a Telecommute Educational Computer Engineering Technical Support Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Answering customer questions through online chat, email, and phone
- Solving user account issues for all online products
- Conducting web searches
Qualifications for this position include:
- Minimum of 1 year in a support desk position
- Familiarity with a range of operating systems including Windows, Mac OS X, Chromebooks, and iOS
- Proficiency with MS Outlook, MS Word, and Excel
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Strong Written and Verbal Communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
