Job Summary

A for-profit higher education company is filling a position for a Telecommute Educational Consumer Insights Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Understand voice of the customer, seek out trends and stay abreast of industry and product knowledge
  • Work closely with leaders in the development of a comprehensive product and marketing roadmap to deliver on business goals
  • Lead market assessment and product pulse checks to ensure optimal performance of products

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s/Advanced degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline such as psychology, or economics
  • 8+ yrs in marketing, sales strategy, analytics or related areas
  • Strong written and interpersonal communication skills, including presentation experience at the executive level
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively communicate controversial findings
  • Strong business acumen and negotiating and influencing skills
  • Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
