Job Summary
An educational content services provider is seeking a Telecommute Educational Contracts Administrator.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Supporting the General Counsel and the entire department in executing on department and company priorities
- Assisting with activities to strengthen contracting, document routing and management functions
- Assisting the contracting function by finalizing and submitting contracts for execution
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in partnering with attorneys at a top law firm
- Strong project management, detail orientation, interpersonal and verbal and written skills
- Ability to interact effectively with all corporate levels and departments within the company and with clientele
- Must be customer service-oriented
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize numerous assignments
- Experienced supporting, developing and implementation processes and corporate policies
