A publishing company specializing in learning content and assessments has a current position open for a Telecommute Educational Customer Service Technical Support Administrator.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Setting up and supporting the delivery of online courses in line with academic calendar
  • Reviewing course content as applicable
  • Troubleshooting technical issues with students and faculty

Required Skills:

  • 4 year Degree from an accredited institution or
  • Combination of education and experience
  • Ability to focus for extended periods of time on highly detailed tasks
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
