Job Summary
An education company that specializes in cybersecurity training needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Educational Cyber Security Employer Engagement Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Create a sense of urgency when dealing with decision makers
- Schedule/coordinate interviews with graduates & hiring partners
- Maintain a robust employer/job pipeline and ensure the quality of opportunity for graduates
Position Requirements Include:
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting, employer relations, education, business development, B2B, B2C, customer success, sales, or
- Relationship management in the tech and/or education space
- Experience in the tech space and the ability to “talk tech” with peers, recruiters, and hiring managers
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment
- Ability to develop and facilitate a streamline interview process for hiring managers
- Ability to understand business org-charts and operations to identify key decision makers within organizations
