Job Summary

A company that provides instruction solutions is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Educational Editor.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Editing all levels of materials for style and flow and mechanical errors
• Providing constructive feedback to writers
• Applying rules of grammar, mechanics, etc. to the editing of content

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of experience editing Science or Social Studies educational content written for children and teens
• Excellent communication and time-management skills
• Experience editing at all Lexile levels
• Work remotely in a collaborative environment, while maintaining communication and a steady workflow
• Comfortable providing feedback to writers
• Excellent communication and time-management skills
