Telecommute Educational Programming Director

Job Summary

An education company is in need of a Telecommute Educational Programming Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver professional development sessions for cohorts of educators
• Provide individualized support to educators working with diverse populations of students in a range of academic settings
• Ensure a high quality experience for all educators in the implementation and delivery of Purpose Opportunity Program

Skills and Requirements Include:

• At least five years of instructional experience
• Experience working with a diverse population of students across various grade levels
• Exceptional coaching, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Experience with effective virtual facilitation
• The ability to motivate and inspire educators and professionals, particularly around topics of purpose and SEL development
• Belief in mission and a passion for helping young people and professionals explore
