Job Summary
An education company is in need of a Telecommute Educational Programming Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver professional development sessions for cohorts of educators
- Provide individualized support to educators working with diverse populations of students in a range of academic settings
- Ensure a high quality experience for all educators in the implementation and delivery of Purpose Opportunity Program
Skills and Requirements Include:
- At least five years of instructional experience
- Experience working with a diverse population of students across various grade levels
- Exceptional coaching, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Experience with effective virtual facilitation
- The ability to motivate and inspire educators and professionals, particularly around topics of purpose and SEL development
- Belief in mission and a passion for helping young people and professionals explore
