Job Summary
A non-profit education organization has a current position open for a Telecommute Educational Service Desk Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Responding quickly to tickets and phone calls, supporting the department’s Service Level Agreements
- Maintaining a high level of customer service, aligned with the University’s mission and values
- Documenting all troubleshooting activities in the centralized ticketing system
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Associate's degree or
- Equivalent experience in a technology related degree
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service role
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a technical support provider or equivalent experience
- Experience with ticketing systems
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
