Job Summary

A non-profit education organization has a current position open for a Telecommute Educational Service Desk Analyst.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Responding quickly to tickets and phone calls, supporting the department’s Service Level Agreements
  • Maintaining a high level of customer service, aligned with the University’s mission and values
  • Documenting all troubleshooting activities in the centralized ticketing system

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Associate's degree or
  • Equivalent experience in a technology related degree
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service role
  • Minimum of 1 year experience as a technical support provider or equivalent experience
  • Experience with ticketing systems
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
