Job Summary
An online learning company is seeking a Telecommute Educational Technology Principal User Experience Designer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Designing engaging and compelling product experiences based on user needs
- Conducting research to deeply understand our users’ goals, needs and challenges
- Reviewing features implemented by engineering and providing guidance to ensure pixel-perfect experiences
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 12+ years experience
- Experience working with and building out a scalable design system/component library
- Comfort and experience leading multiple design projects across multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Invision, Marvel, Axure, Principle, Miro & the Adobe Creative Suite
- An operational mindset
- Ability to deliver across all phases of the design process (from thinking to research to making)
