Job Summary
A non-profit organization has a current position open for a Telecommute ELA Test Preparation Tutor.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Facilitate virtual content sessions for enrollees
- Obtain a thorough understanding of the listed exams
- Diagnose enrollees’ readiness for the exam
Position Requirements Include:
- Passing scores for the Praxis II Middle Grades English Language Arts exam WITH
- Strong knowledge and skills in secondary ELA topics
- Experienced educator with successful record working with students in high-need schools
- Experience facilitating effective training exercises for adult learners
- Ability to provide direct feedback to teachers to lead to immediate improvement
