Job Summary
An IT support and solutions company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute eLearning and 508 Compliance Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Develop multimedia for learning in a variety of formats
- Ensure project requirements are clear, agreed upon, and realistic to meet client expectations
- Follow established documentation and testing procedures
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Experience developing high quality, multimedia, computer and web-based tutorials
- Pior knowledge of automated tools and being able to recommend Section 508 remediation solutions
- Understanding of LMS functionality including SCORM and AICC standards
- Demonstrated knowledge of 508 compliance and WCAG standards and diversity for learners
- Demonstrated knowledge of adult learning theory
- Experience conducting quality assurance testing
