Job Summary

A marketing agency needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute eLearning Instructional Designer in the Princeton Area.

Must be able to:

• Perform Content Development for the uploading and archiving of content
• Conduct instructional design needs analyses
• Support LMS administration to manage training groups, assign training

Required Skills:

• Onsite presence required, reasonable traveling distance from Princeton, NJ
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with Instructional Design Technology
• Bachelor's degree
• Creating eLearning, job aids, PowerPoint presentations, and process documentation
• Self-managing for instructional design project-based deliverables
