Job Summary

A state government elections staff is seeking a Telecommute Election Cybersecurity Risk Analyst.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Collaborating with Secretary of State Elections staff to develop election cybersecurity resource, training, and information sharing program
  • Maintaining relationships with county election officials throughout the state
  • Serving as a liaison between State and county officials on cybersecurity matter

Position Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Business Administration, Election Administration or related field, A minimum of 1-year experience as an Information Security Officer and three years of work experience in the following areas: Election administration, election technology, voting equipment, experience leading elections vendor compliance
  • OR Associate degree in Cybersecurity, Business Administration, Election Administration or related field, A minimum of 1-year experience as an Information Security Officer and five years of work experience in of the following areas: Election administration, election technology, voting equipment, experience leading elections vendor compliance
  • OR Eight years of current and progressive work experience within a elections security role and 1-year experience as an Information Security Officer
