Job Summary

A staffing firm has an open position for a Telecommute Electrical Control Panel Designer in Peoria.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Work with client's electrical engineering Supervisor to evaluate current electrical control panel design
• Evaluate designs and BOM to establish strategy for scalable and modular panel designs that work across various horsepower ranges
• Create, update, and modify electrical schematics, layout drawings, and various other technical artifacts to match new designs

Required Skills:

• 2 to 4 years experience using ePLAN electrical design package
• Experience using SAP to create and release complex assemblies
• Microsoft Office Suite experience with moderate use PowerPoint and Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-company and multi-geographical team
