Job Summary
A software development company is seeking a Telecommute Electronic Data Interchange Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Working with customers and their trading partners, directly
- Making sure work tasks are updated and maintained regularly while tracking project time
- Working with mapping team (data translation) to implement EDI solutions for customers when neede
Qualifications for this position include:
- Understanding of Logistics industry (road, specifically); freight brokerage also an asset
- Understanding of EDI – ANSI 204, 990, 214, 210 transactions preferred
- Well organized and have ability to handle many projects simultaneously
- Excellent customer service skills and able to work effectively and professionally with other teams
- Excellent written and verbal skills
