Job Summary
A healthcare company has an open position for a Telecommute Electronic Enrollment Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Consulting with a customer during the development process
- Manually reviewing EDI files to ensure specifications and enrollment data is accurate
- Conducting multiple meetings with customer and CBC personnel
Position Requirements Include:
- Must be able to act as the primary advisor/consultant for electronic enrollment
- Must be able to analyze impact of new benefits/products and other business needs
- Must be able to guide and assist in the training of new specialists to develop a thorough knowledge tasks and requirements
- Must be able to participate in Corporate and departmental projects pertaining to Electronic Enrollment
