Job Summary

A healthcare company has an open position for a Telecommute Electronic Enrollment Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Consulting with a customer during the development process
  • Manually reviewing EDI files to ensure specifications and enrollment data is accurate
  • Conducting multiple meetings with customer and CBC personnel

Position Requirements Include:

  • Must be able to act as the primary advisor/consultant for electronic enrollment
  • Must be able to analyze impact of new benefits/products and other business needs
  • Must be able to guide and assist in the training of new specialists to develop a thorough knowledge tasks and requirements
  • Must be able to participate in Corporate and departmental projects pertaining to Electronic Enrollment
