Job Summary
An electronic consumer products company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Electronics Customer Success Engineer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Clearly document bugs or product improvement feedback
- Dig deeper into issues and uncover the root causes
- Engage customers experiencing difficulty
Required Skills:
- 1+ years working at a SaaS startup (<50 employees)
- 2+ years working in a technical support or engineering role
- OR recent completion of a development bootcamp
- Good understanding of HTML and CSS
- Ability to understand and write JavaScript/jQuery
