Job Summary

An electronic consumer products company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Electronics Customer Success Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Clearly document bugs or product improvement feedback
  • Dig deeper into issues and uncover the root causes
  • Engage customers experiencing difficulty

Required Skills:

  • 1+ years working at a SaaS startup (<50 employees)
  • 2+ years working in a technical support or engineering role
  • OR recent completion of a development bootcamp
  • Good understanding of HTML and CSS
  • Ability to understand and write JavaScript/jQuery
