Job Summary
An insurance agency has a current position open for a Telecommute Eligibility Specialist I.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Producing reports from our proprietary software systems
- Processing enrollment in our proprietary software systems
- Reviewing and processing monthly billing reports and assure numbers are balanced and accurate
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Can ensure compliance with HIPAA and HITRUST information security requirements to protect client information
- Able to review inquiries from internal and external customers as it relates to eligible coverage
- Experience giving guidance to internal and external customers
