Job Summary

A company that provides online fulfillment; marketing support; and business intelligence solutions is in need of a Telecommute Email and Webchat Customer Service Representative.

Must be able to:

  • Handle incoming e-mails/webchats from customers and provide consistent high quality customer service assistance
  • Resolve customer and home office requests, question, issues and inquires
  • Make use of problem solving/decision making skills to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction

Position Requirements Include:

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalency or currently working on achieving
  • A minimum of 1 year previous customer service experience or currently enrolled in high school OJT program
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated excellent reading, comprehension, spelling and grammar skills, and good typing skills
  • Demonstrated adaptability to change behaviors based on constructive feedback and accountability to metrics/goals on quality/productivity scores
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers, in-house staff and managers as required
