Job Summary
A company that provides online fulfillment; marketing support; and business intelligence solutions is in need of a Telecommute Email and Webchat Customer Service Representative.
Must be able to:
- Handle incoming e-mails/webchats from customers and provide consistent high quality customer service assistance
- Resolve customer and home office requests, question, issues and inquires
- Make use of problem solving/decision making skills to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction
Position Requirements Include:
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalency or currently working on achieving
- A minimum of 1 year previous customer service experience or currently enrolled in high school OJT program
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated excellent reading, comprehension, spelling and grammar skills, and good typing skills
- Demonstrated adaptability to change behaviors based on constructive feedback and accountability to metrics/goals on quality/productivity scores
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers, in-house staff and managers as required
