A provider of marketing email automation solutions has an open position for a Telecommute Email Automation Customer Support Representative.

Must be able to:

  • Effectively solve customer inquiries via phone, email, and Zendesk
  • Identify, document and follow up with engineers on product bugs and features
  • Recognize errors and draft improvements to content in Support Center documentation
