Job Summary

A global clothing retailer is filling a position for a Telecommute Email Chat Specialist in Rocklin.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Supporting customers by responding to inbound email and chat
  • Achieving all effectiveness and efficiency metrics
  • Developing/presenting customer service solutions

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • High school Diploma or GED
  • 2 years of customer service
  • 1 year experience with email and/or chat
  • Strong computer, customer service, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
  • Microsoft Office suite, Zoom, internet browsers and Salesforce skills
