Job Summary

A cloud-based automation technology platform is in need of a Telecommute Email Compliance Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Communicating with accounts who may be compromising the platform with their email sending practices
  • Managing accounts that pose a risk to our email platform
  • Reviewing current processes and making recommendations for improving efficiency

Required Skills:

  • Communicate effectively, especially in crucial conversations during high-intensity situations
  • Approach problems with an analytical mindset and think out of the box when providing solutions
  • Self-motivated and naturally curious and inquisitive
  • Comfortable working with colleagues and partners across continents and across teams
  • Comfortable speaking, training, and presenting to small to medium sized audiences
  • Enjoyed working in customer support roles and you are looking to grow in your skillset
