Job Summary
A cloud communications company has an open position for a Telecommute Email Platform Senior Delivery Operations Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Acting as a point of contact for escalations, supporting key-customers and SI partners
- Building and leading a best-in-class Email Delivery Operations team
- Managing the commercial relationships with 3rd party organizations
Position Requirements Include:
- 5 years of leadership experience
- 5 years experience in large scale email operations (sender, ESP, or receiver)
- A high degree of technical aptitude
- Advanced Excel skills, working knowledge of MySQL, Splunk and Hadoop
- Experience using 3rd-party deliverability tools
- A proven track record of optimizing processes and systems
