Job Summary

A computer security software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Email Security Technical Trainer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Delivering highly technical, detailed, and engaging training
  • Creating, troubleshooting, and maintaining complex virtual lab environments
  • Creating and delivering technical update presentations and trainings

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Ability to deliver classroom as well as virtual technical training
  • Bachelor Degree in English, Technical Education or technical disciplines
  • Experience with secure messaging, Directory Services, SMTP, LDAP, HTTP/HTTPS
  • Working experience with enterprise email solutions such as Exchange or Lotus Domino or expert level knowledge of SMTP
