Job Summary

A non-profit network is in need of a Telecommute Emergency Roadside Specialist in the Kansas City Area.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Keeping members informed of the status and progress of their requests
  • Processing member requests for roadside assistance
  • Exceeding member expectations by demonstrating concern for member safety

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Commitment to completing the entire six-week training schedule in Kansas City, MO office without interruption
  • Employee must live within 0-50 miles of Kansas City, Missouri
  • Successful completion of Auto Club pre-employment assessments, background and drug screenings
  • High School diploma, GED or equivalent
