Job Summary

A non-profit network is in need of a Telecommute Emergency Roadside Specialist in Virginia Beach.

Must be able to:

• Possess the ability to effectively diffuse high tension situations
• Keep members informed of the status and progress of their requests
• Exceed member expectations by demonstrating concern for member safety

Required Skills:

• Commitment to completing the entire six-week training schedule in Virginia Beach, VA office without interruption
• High School diploma, GED or equivalent
• Average or advanced knowledge of computing or networking concepts
• Familiarity with Windows-based Operating Systems and general PC use
• Excellent written/verbal/computer skills
• Ability to complete job duties with minimal assistance
