Job Summary
A staffing and recruitment company is in need of a Telecommute Emergency Room Coder.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Assigning diagnostic and procedural codes
- Achieving coding accuracy of 95%
- Processing 20 charts per hour
Qualifications for this position include:
- CCS, RHIT, RHIA, or CPC (COC)
- Experience working as a remote, contract coder
- Recent Cerner and Optum360 Experience
- Basic ED Coding exp (Strep, laryngitis, cough)
