Job Summary
A healthcare company has a current position open for a Telecommute Employee Assistance Program Counselor in San Antonio.
Must be able to:
- Answer inbound calls for EAP and Behavioral
- Assess and triage, short-term problem resolution
- Provide solution focused consultation
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to work onsite before transitioning to remote
- Master's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
- Current, unrestricted Independent Behavioral Health license
- 2+ years of clinical experience, (POST Master's degree)
- Strong computer skills, must be able to type and navigate around multiple systems
- Ability to work second shift/rotating weekends
