Job Summary

A global healthcare company has an open position for a Remote Employee Assistance Program Specialist.

Must be able to:

  • Answer inbound calls for EAP and Behavioral
  • Assess and triage, resolve problems, authorize and refer routine and crisis callers
  • Provide solution focused consultation to assist member with issue resolution

Required Skills:

  • Master's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
  • 3+ years of clinical experience, POST Master's
  • 2+ years of experience with Windows PC applications
