Job Summary
An employee benefits solutions and consulting agency has a current position open for a Telecommute Employee Benefits Enrollment Coordinator.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Contact the client for additional or missing information
- Follow up with the carrier to obtain status updates
- Provide excellent service to internal/external customers concerning their enrollment needs

- Expert listening skills and ability to identify customer needs and identify appropriate issue resolution
