Job Summary

An education software and technology company is filling a position for a Telecommute Employee Relations Business Partner.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Providing Employee Relations support, thought partnership, and coaching for all employees in the organization
• Demonstrating a change management mindset through identification of opportunities to enhance the employee experience

Required Skills:

• BA/BS Degree (and/or its equivalent)
• 5 + years of Human Resources experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
