Job Summary
A nonprofit financial services organization is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Employee Relations Consultant.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing non-legal advice, recommendations and solutions to the enterprise and field leader
- Representing Employee Relations on business initiatives by independently leading projects
- Providing expert consultation and guidance to business leaders, key stakeholders and COEs
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field or equivalent work experience
- Prior work experience in employee relations or human resources and understanding employment laws
- Demonstrated ability to make sound business decisions
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in order to interact with employees
- Possess demonstrated knowledge in EEO, AAP, FMLA, Employment at Will, Severance Agreements, Discipline, and more
